NEW LAUNDRY ROOM
We exceeded the expectations of our clients when we created a New Laundry Room for their B & B. We carved out a 10’ x 5’ space by taking some SF away from the enormously oversized bathroom on the other side of this wall. The bathroom is still XL and our clients have a dedicated room to handle their laundry workload. Their lives are now easier and prettier.

Before these were two separate rooms: a family room and a formal living room. We opened each side of the double fireplace to allow for a more spacious feeling and flow of sunlight. The walls were wedgewood blue and the trim was a dark stain.

We wanted to update our master bath because it was awkward and dated, so we called Jana. She really listened to our needs and came up with great solutions. She walked us through the process and completely reimagined the space, gaining us a larger closet along with our updated cabinets, counters, and an amazing new shower. She provided 3D renderings of the Floor Plan, with different views that felt like we were walking through the new bathroom and closet. The result was stunning. The exterior of this home was looking dated and needed a makeover. We selected 3 colors to give it a facelift and the result was stunning!
The clients wanted a fresher looking kitchen on a budget. It was dark, especially against black hardwood floors. We decided to go with a classic look of black and white and our clients were thrilled with the outcome.
